Descriptive data are the properties used to identify and describe the main Ellserve entities:

ICP
|
ICP Number
|
- The unique connection point identifier to which all metered consumption is referenced.
|
ICP Address
|
- The physical location of a metered installation.
|
GXP
|
- For electricity supplies, this is the transmission system grid exit point used to by the market for reconciling consumption with generation nationally. For reticulated gas the GXP refer to the gate on a transmission system.

Commodity
|
- The type of commodity metered (or supplied in the case in unmetered sites) ICP.
|
Account
|
Account name
|
- The retailer's unique account identifier to which all billed costs are referenced.
|
Account description
|
- A text field describing the account (defaults to the physical address associated with the account.
|
Current ICP
|
- The connection points identifier/s currently associated with the account.
|
Metering
|
- The metering type used for the account - examples include:
- Time of use (TOU)
- Non half hourly (NHH)
- Unmetered (UNM)
- Water
|
Open date
|
- The date on which the account was first opened in Ellserve (defaults to the from date of the first invoice for the account held in Ellerve).
|
Close date
|
- The date on which the account was closed opened in Ellserve. Typically an account is closed when:
- a final read notice is picked up on an invoice
- a invoice is received from a new retailer
- a client confirms payment responsibility for a connection point has been terminated
|
Retailer
|
- The supplier responsible for metering consumption and generating bills under the account.
