Basic Commands for Data Entry and Program Navigation

Action Command
Access pop-up menu Right Mouse click


Activate a selected cell to choose option from a drop down list or for editing <space>, <F2> or type entry (typing clears original contents)
Move cursor within an activated cell Mouse click or <arrow> keys
Create a new field or cell entry in currently selected area of screen <insert> key or menu -> insert
Delete an item <delete> key or menu -> delete
Move between window regions <tab>
Undo an action <ctrl z>
Opening resource information double click on the cell, or use <enter> key on selected cell
Copy and Paste <ctrl c>, <ctrl v>
Resize a field left click and drag
Shortcut Keys Some buttons can be activated by simultaneously pressing <alt> and the underscored (_) letter on the button.
