*Select which Group Type you want to download data for using the Group Type drop down box
*Select whether or not you want to include Closed Accounts in the data by either checking or unchecking the ''Include Closed Accounts'' box
*Select the range of dates for which you want to download data using the Date selector. Click on the "plus" tab to open the Date Selector. Here you can choose to either:
**Select a range of dates for which to take data from by clicking on the calendar tabs and selecting the required "Date From" and "Date To" values. Be sure to click save to confirm your selection.

:*Alternatively you can set it up to take data from a time period relative to the current date. This is done by clicking on the "cog" icon beside either Date From or Date To and checking "Relative" in the pop up ''Date Range Options'' box. Take the example to the right, the "Relative" box is checked for the ''Date From'' field. The ''Date From'' field now contains a drop down box containing the options "Month", "Quarter" and "Year" and another drop down box with a list of numbers and the dates that these correspond to. In the example, "Month" and "-4" are selected, so the date range would be from 4 months before the present date until December 2012. Be sure to click save to confirm your selection.
