The first time you run EMarket after installation you will be asked for a Working Directory to work with. A Working Directory is the parent of a set of folders containing a logical set of Forecast setup and Results data. It is recommended that the Working Directory is located in the data folder structure on your PC. It is possible to locate a Working Directory on a network drive but this is not recommended because accessing of files across a network has the potential to seriously degrade EMarket's performance.

To set the Current Working Directory
Use menu option: File=> Working Directory => Find Working Directory. If they do not already exist EMarket will automatically create three sub-folders within the Working Directory (Data, Results and Saved).

Neither the EMarket executable nor the license file need to be in the Working Directory. On any subsequent launch, EMarket will open the last Working Directory used by default.

To access the contents of the Working directories via Windows Explorer
Use the File=> Working Directory => Open Current Working Directory menu item.
