- .7 is the same as .6 except the transmission constraints correction has been turned off again due to concerns about its accuracy.

- Lines may now be outaged at any time by setting their capacity to 0 (or both capacity and reverse capacity in the case of an DC line). The connectivity of the grid will be maintained in the case of outages forming an 'island' by keeping one connecting circuit closed and setting it's limits to 1 MW.

- Multiple deletion of resources now available using menu Resources>Delete Resources.

- More accurate dispatch and pricing around contraints has been added by accounting for second order effects.

- Shoulder capacities have been added to lines and sholder limits to equations. To implement these a variable 'TransmissionSeason' must be defined which has a value of 0 in winter periods, 1 in shoulder periods and 2 in summer periods. If this variable is defined it overrides the existing 'TransmissionSummer' variable.
