The Header Banner appears at the top of the screen in every Ellserve session.

Purpose:

Displays the login ID of the current user
Allows secure log out
Provides access to functional sections:
- Data: the main data display area;
- Reporting: report definition for downloading data in csv format; and
- Settings: site configuration and maintenance functions.
