Bills Page

The Bills page allows access to details of individual invoices.

Controls

General-purpose Graph

A general-purpose chart is sited at the top of the bills page.

Object type	chart
Purpose	This charting control is configured to allow in-session access to date range, graph type and data values to allow flexible charting of any data relating to the invoices being inspected.

Bill Control

The bill control has two parts: the invoice list and the invoice details panel

Invoice List

Object type	Invoice list
Purpose	To provide fast access to any invoice in Ellserve.

Defaults
Reporting interval	Last 2 months
Invoice status	Do not show retired invoices

Feature	Description
Date range selector	Only invoices an invoice date with the selected range are displayed.
Off-Screen Entry Selector	A set of numbered buttons, each representing a sub-page containing the selected number of currently off-screen invoices.
Download invoices to csv file	Download all individual invoices lines, for the listed invoices to be downloaded to a text (csv) file.
Show/hide retired invoices	Toggles invoice list to include or exclude details of retired invoices.
Invoice Search	Allows the current set of invoice entries to be filtered by a search string. Search takes place across all fields in the invoice line and is applied with each character is typed.
Count of Entries	Shows a count of the individual invoices currently accessible (updated as searches are applied).
Sortable Columns	Columns with a pale grey double headed arrow on the right margin of the column header cell are sortable. A single click in the header cell sorts the invoices in ascending order by the contents of the column. A second click re-sorts in descending order. The list can only be sorted by one column at a time. Currently applied sorts are indicated with a single dark grey arrow head (down = descending order, up = ascending).
Invoice Selection	Clicking anywhere in a row in the invoice list (which will be highlighted as the mouse moves over it) will cause the individual invoice to be displayed din the invoice details panel.

Purpose	To display individual invoice details.

Notes Browser

Object type	Notes Browser
Purpose	To allow viewing and editing of notes (e.g. meter notes) associated with an account or invoice.
